This has been a gorgeous fall with sunlit days and mild temperatures! And because of that great weather, everyone and their brother was at the park for Stephanie and Brad’s engagement shoot! It took some strategic positions to make them seem like they were the only ones there but I think we pulled it off!

I adore these types of sessions! So much fun! And like Stephanie, you don’t even have to actually “trash” your dress to do a session of this sort! They make for awesome bride and groom portaits as well!

{Braving the elements}-Pittsburgh Area Engagement and Wedding Photography

This weekend, we decided to dodge the raindrops and go ahead with this engagement shoot, and I am so excited that we did! We had a lot of fun and the rain even let up a little just for us! Such a beautiful location with all the rich pretty colors of fall. I have the pleasure of shooting this gorgeous couple’s wedding next May, so you will see more of them next spring!

I adore these types of sessions! We didn’t do any trashing to the dress actually–just more relaxed couple portraits. I like these sessions so much not only do I think every couple should have shots like this, I am dragging my husband one of these days this fall to try to capture some myself!

I meant up with a sweet couple this weekend to capture their engagement photos! I am so very excited to be doing their wedding in September! The location for the wedding is the same place that we did the engagement photos, which is just about my ideal location for a outdoorsy, rustic type of wedding! My clients pick the best spots for their weddings!
