{So who out there wants an awesome part time job??}-Belle Vernon Area Photographer

Dana Monticelli Photography is looking for a part time office assistant come this fall since our lovely assist Julie is headed back to school. The majority of the duties will center around administrative tasks, though there may be some opportunity to assist with some newborn shoots. Ideally looking for someone who is able to commit long term. Complete job description will be discussed with those interested! Hours are flexible and will total 12-15 a week.

The applicant must have proficient computer skills, must be able to work independantly, and must be able to multitask. Previous knowledge of Adobe helpful, but not required!

{Sweet Slumber}-Belle Vernon Area Newborn Photographer

I feel so lucky to be a part of capturing these very first days of these precious little people! Meet baby “P”, one gorgeous, sleepy little girl. She did so well with all the little poses, and sailed right thru the session. She is also one of the newest members of the Watch Me Grow Program so I can’t wait to see her back at 6months!!

{Availablity Updates}-Belle Vernon Area Childrens Photographer

So believe it or not, there is very limited weekend availablity remaining for the year! I know–crazy, since it is only March but true! Weekends are so convenient for alot of people that they are being grabbed up quickly! I thought I would highlight some of the openings on weekends only for the next couple of months in case anyone has been considering book and has held off thus far! If you are considering an outdoor session, I would strongly recommend avoiding midday and book for either an early morning or evening session! If you are able to come for a session during the week, no worries! There are plenty of spots!

In April

Saturday, April 2nd at 9am

Saturday, April 30th at 11am

In May

Saurday, May 7th at noon

Saturday, May 7th at 2pm

In June

Saturday, June 4th at 8am

Saturday, June 4th at noon

Saturday, June 25th at 9am

In July

Saturday, July 9th at 6:30pm

I love watching babies grow. (expect possibly my own–they are getting entirely too big) I find it so super rewarding to see how big and adorable they have gotten months after a session.

Some days I feel like I must be in a time warp! I swear time goes much faster than it should be going!! Miss C came to see me for her 9 month pictures! My, has she grown! You may remember her from her 6 month session:

{Favorites from 2010}-Belle Vernon Area Photography

Woosh! Who knew it would be so hard to narrow it down to narrow down from favorites from 2010?!?! I could go on quite a bit more but I had to make myself stop somewhere! I started with telling myself to pick 10…..then I told myself……well 15 will work good……I ended up forcing myself to stop at just over 20!

2010 was an awesome year and I have all my supportive clients to thank you for that!! I have included some of my favorites below! {Product Showcase: Accordian Mini Albums}-Belle Vernon Area Children’s Photography

So Christmas is over just like that and it is back to the grind stone. Why does all the preparation take so long and before you know it, it is all over?!! On the bright side over here, I have some fun changes a’coming! I have big plans for 2011 and I can’t wait to share! For now, though, in the craziness that was December, I remembered to take some product shots of some adorable accordian albums that I recently made for a client! These are so popular and it isn’t really a secret why! They are small, and compact so they can fit in your purse, have a magnetic closure so they stay closed, and come in sets of 3 so they are perfect for gift giving!
