{Sunday Spotlight}-Belle Vernon Area Baby Photography

I have been slacking a little on the blog because things have just been so busy but I have a ton of sessions to share!!  Can’t wait to feature all of them in the upcoming weeks!

Today’s blog post belongs to the Sunday Spotlight!  This weeks feature belongs to Nena Vallee of Rosella Bella.  Read below to find out a little about how Nena got started making handmade little goodies!

Getting to know a little about you–what you do for a living, where you are from, do you have any children? I am a stay at home mom, with a great husband Joe and a sweet little girl Rosella (16mo.) we live in a quiet little town, Beallsville right on Rt. 40. I have always loved crafts and making something new to wear be a necklace,  purse made from a old dress and now a hair bow out of a old tie!  I love the 1940-60’s and love vintage earrings and broaches so I use when ever I can along with my favorite flowers roses and peony.

How long have you been in business? a little over 1 year

What inspired you to starting making custom headbands (or whatever item you would like to get more recognition for)? I started making headbands because my little Rosella does not have much hair! I would put her in pink head to toe and people would still call her a boy, so that was it we didn’t leave the house with out a bow, flower or hat! I decided to make my own because I love shabby chic items and couldn’t find many that didn’t have that “cheap” manufactured look and the ones that didn’t were so pricey.

Where can people find your work or purchase if they would like to? I have a facebook page with all my items  https://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Rosella-Bella/167721249917808 as well as a ETSY shop http://www.etsy.com/shop/nmvn1313?ref=si_shop
Thanks Nena for allowing us to feature your business!  Below is an example of one of her darling little creations!
