{Rustic Country Baby Girl} – Fayette County Newborn Photography

Every session that is booked receives a questionnaire that helps us determine which direction you would like the shoot to go, all while keeping in mind our personal style and what makes your photography ours!  Some descriptors that may be used might include simple and classic, vintage, boho, country or rustic, elegant, etc!  We thought it might be helpful for us to show you an example of how we are the studio might interrupt with what we have on hand!

When we hear simple and classic, we think “baby focused”, with minimal props, classic colors just as neutrals, or subtle colors.

When we hear someone descibe themselves as liking boho, we think creams, tans, maybe light brown, or black, and muted versions of more gender specific colors which as mauve or greyish pale blue.  LOTS of textures is what we go for here with a warmer vibe, with an organic feel.

If you like “vintage”, we often think pearls or lace for little girls, and creams or soft worn textures for little boys!

Country or rustic may elicit thoughts of incorporating wood tones and textures.  Perhaps some vintage quilt pieces or fur along with chipped painted props and burlap.

Elegant for us for session setup will lean more clean with uses or perhaps white or modern lines, as well as dramatic darker colors when the subjects pop off the background.
